When you set off on your trip
Take the LEFT-HAND lane
When you enter the airport, take the left-hand lane. It runs in front of the Terminal 1 arrivals area.
Move to the MIDDLE lane and go down the slope
Move across to the middle lane, drive down the slope and take the first entrance into the car park.
Take a ticket at the barrier
Take a ticket at the barrier. You'll need it to exit — but don't worry about the fee: we pay it on your return.
Drive up to Level 5B
That's the top floor of the car park. We'll meet you in bays 100–200 at Level 5B.
Our uniformed staff meet you
A team member will be waiting to collect the car. We can help with luggage if you need it.
When you arrive back in Spain
Land and collect your luggage
Don't worry if your flight isn't on time — just let us know as soon as possible about any delay or change.
Go to the main ticket hall · Level 4A
It's the hall with 3 exits and an ATM inside. Your car is brought back to this meeting point for you.
Look for the team member holding a name board
For easy recognition, our staff will be holding a name board with your name. If you don't see them straight away, call the staff number.
Show your ID when collecting the car
Very important: show your ID or passport so we know you're the right person. Friends or family collecting the car must also show ID — and please let us know their names in advance.
